In these economic times, it's hard to make the decision to purchase a new home, even if you know you're getting an exceptional value. You love the idea of locking in today's price and taking up to two years to close on your SummerGlen home... but what if prices go down between the time you buy and the time you build?

At SummerGlen, you don't have to worry. Under our unique SummerGlen Price Promise program, you're protected both when price go up and prices go down. Here's how--

Once you sign your home Purchase Agreement at today's low price, that price can never go up--you're locked in, even if you delay building your home under our "advance purchase program. But if prices home prices have fallen when you begin building your home, we'll adjust your price to give you full benefit of the price decrease. You win either way. SummerGlen Price Promise Program Details

At SummerGlen, we promise to give you our best price on your new home. The SummerGlen Price Promise gives you the option to take advantage of any lower price or promotional offer we make on the home in effect on the date you initiate construction, if such offer would result in a net price for home and options that is lower than specified in the original Purchase Agreement. This SummerGlen Price Promise is subject to the following terms and conditions:

The SummerGlen Price Promise applies to changes in the base home price or sales incentives which affect price of home and applies only to publicly advertised offers made for new home construction. The SummerGlen Price Promise does not apply to changes in home site prices or premiums, individually selected options & upgrades, changes made by builder to home standards and specifications, special prices on inventory homes or terms of sale not pertaining to price.
To take advantage of the Price Promise, purchasers must be ready to close on their home as soon as it is completed. When Purchasers are ready to begin the construction of their new home, they must notify SummerGlen in writing that they wish to revise their Purchase Agreement to take advantage of a more advantageous offer under the SummerGlen Price Promise program. Such notification must be received by SummerGlen prior to expiration or withdrawal of the promotional offer. SummerGlen will have the option to either: a) revise the purchase agreement to reflect the terms of the current offer; or b) offer an addendum to the Purchase Agreement which provides a discount or other consideration equal to the value of the current offer.
Purchasers must agree to execute any Purchase Agreements and/or addendums requested by SummerGlen in order to implement the terms of the SummerGlen Price Promise. If Purchasers fail to execute documents as requested, the terms of the original Purchase Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Purchasers must be in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement in order to take advantage of the benefits of the SummerGlen Price Promise.
The SummerGlen Price Promise program is subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
